Not transferred within the scope of the uses set forth above are the rights of graphic reproduction of complete editions (volumes, booklets), the graphic reproduction of borrowed or hired editions or parts thereof, graphic reproduction for purposes of public rendition (performances, broadcasts) or for universities, choirs, orchestras and other instrumental groups. Right to reproduce graphical recordings of minor works and of sections of works and/or editions of the music by way of photocopying as regards music schools;
